Terms Of Purchase
A Joyful System (AJS) is an initiative of Joy Street Design. These terms apply to the digital AI agent packages sold through this website and the related checkout and delivery pages. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent.
What your purchase includes
Each $795 agent purchase includes the current ChatGPT and Claude package versions, guided self-installation materials, and 30 calendar days of setup and usage support beginning on the purchase date. Done-for-you implementation, customization, additional software, and third-party subscriptions are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Internal-use license
Your purchase grants the purchasing firm a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the package for its own internal business operations. Team members working for that firm may use the installed agent. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, or give the package or its component files to another business or the public without written permission from AJS.
Delivery and account responsibility
After confirmed payment, the purchaser receives access to the version identified in the delivery record. Keep the private delivery page and package files secure. The purchaser is responsible for using an accurate email address, maintaining access to required third-party accounts, following the setup instructions, and protecting credentials and client information.
Human review remains required
AJS agents organize information, prepare drafts, and surface questions. They do not replace professional judgment. The purchaser remains responsible for reviewing results before making business, design, financial, legal, accounting, procurement, employment, or client-facing decisions. No agent is authorized by the package alone to send messages, spend money, approve work, or change source records.
Updates and availability
AJS may correct or improve package instructions. A correction directly related to a supported installation issue is included during the 30-day support period. New features, major revisions, custom work, and third-party platform changes may require a separate purchase or implementation engagement.
Responsibility limits
The package is provided for practical business use, without a guarantee of uninterrupted platform availability or a particular business result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJS and Joy Street Design are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the package or a third-party platform. Any direct liability relating to a package purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that package. These limits do not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Refund Policy
AJS packages are digital products delivered immediately after a successful payment. If you purchased the wrong agent or changed your mind, contact us within seven calendar days and before downloading the package. We will review the order and may cancel access and issue a refund.
After a package has been downloaded, purchases are generally final. If a supported installation issue prevents the package from working as described, contact AJS during the 30-day support period and allow us a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot. If AJS confirms that the purchased package cannot be delivered or made usable within the stated supported setup, AJS will issue a refund. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Access may be revoked, and the purchaser must delete refunded package files and stop using them. Processing time after approval depends on Stripe and the purchaser's financial institution.
Privacy Notice
AJS collects only the information reasonably needed to process a purchase, deliver the selected package, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. This may include your name, email address, company name, order and payment status, purchased product and version, delivery and download activity, support communications, and basic device or server-log information.
Payment information
Stripe processes payment card details. AJS receives transaction identifiers, payment status, and limited customer and billing information needed to reconcile the order. AJS does not receive or store your full payment card number.
Where information is kept
Order and delivery records are maintained in Airtable. Website, delivery, payment, portal, storage, and email services may be provided by Stripe, Airtable, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Zite, and Google Workspace. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable privacy and security terms.
Sharing and selling
AJS does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support checkout, delivery, hosting, fraud prevention, records, and customer support; when required by law; or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not share purchase information with Joy Street Initiative for fundraising or marketing unless you separately choose to engage with it.
Retention and your choices
Purchase and accounting records are generally retained for up to seven years, or longer when required for legal, tax, security, or dispute purposes. Support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed. You may email AJS to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
Cookies and tracking
AJS uses privacy-minimized first-party measurement to understand page and agent interest, checkout starts, purchases, delivery and download completion, support opens, and campaign labels. These events are stored in Airtable. The analytics ledger does not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, user-agent strings, full referrer URLs, payment-card details, or project data. A random per-tab session token may be kept in browser session storage and ends with that browser session. AJS does not use analytics cookies, track visitors across unrelated websites, sell personal information, or use cross-context behavioral advertising. Third-party checkout and hosting providers may collect technical information under their own policies.
Business audience
AJS products are intended for adults purchasing for business use and are not directed to children under 18.
Joy Street Initiative Contribution
For agent purchases completed from October 15 through November 15, 2026, AJS will contribute 50% of the agent purchase price, excluding sales tax and reduced by refunds and chargebacks, to Joy Street Initiative. The contribution will be calculated after the launch period and related refunds are reconciled, and transferred within 30 days after November 15, 2026.
The customer is purchasing a digital product, not making a charitable donation. The purchase is not represented as tax-deductible, and AJS does not issue a charitable contribution receipt for it. Refunded or charged-back purchases do not generate a contribution.
After the launch period, 25% of the price of each completed AJS implementation engagement supports Joy Street Initiative. Agent package purchases outside the launch period are not included in that implementation contribution unless a current offer states otherwise.
Platform Disclaimer
ChatGPT, Claude, Airtable, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Stripe, Zite, and any other third-party product are separate services. Their subscriptions, availability, features, data handling, usage limits, account approvals, and terms are controlled by their providers. Unless the offer expressly says otherwise, AJS does not include those subscriptions and cannot guarantee that a provider will maintain a feature or connector.
References to third-party products describe supported setup paths and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or ownership by those providers.
Client Data Boundary
Do not submit project files, financial exports, procurement trackers, inbox access, passwords, API keys, or other client or firm-confidential information through the public AJS website, Stripe Checkout, or a general support email.
Installation happens in the purchaser's approved accounts and systems. The purchaser controls which sources an agent may access and remains responsible for permissions, confidentiality, retention, and professional obligations. When AJS performs a separate implementation engagement, any access to customer data is governed by that engagement's written scope and approved access process.
